Dresden combined city Tour

You will get a comprehensive insight on this mostly 3-hour combined city tour by bus and on foot in Dresden.

For a first visit to Dresden, this is a compact tour, where you will not only experience the historic city centre during a walk, but also discover the former suburbs of our city.

About 60-90 minutes we take a bus tour of the city to visit the new town with the Golden Rider and government district, as well as the terrain ring around the large garden and the villa districts with the beautiful registry office and the “Blue Wonder”. The remaining 90-120 minutes we spend in the historical centre on a city tour, as this is the best way to get to know a lot. At the kennel, Semperoper and theatre Square, the procession, the Frauenkirche and the Brühl’s Terrace, we will definitely pass by.

Dresden city tour by bus

Learn in CA. Two hours of familiar sights of the city centre and its former suburbs.

At this city tour we first strip the historical center, we enter the Dresden Neustadt – where the most beautiful Baroque street of Dresden and the most beautiful milk shop in the world await. Further stations are the new synagogue, the German Hygiene Museum, the glass manufactory at the large garden. The further we come from the city centre during this city tour, the greener the surroundings seem to be and the villas more and more beautiful. Technical wonders, such as The Loschwitzer Bridge-the blue miracle-is also on the agenda. And not forgetting the pearls of Dresden – our Elbschlösser. Finally, there is also a small kennel tour.

City tour: Dresden Elbe Valley

From July 2004-2009, the Elbe Valley Dresden was a UNESCO World Heritage site. The title has been deleted, but the Elbe valley remains intact.

In order to get closer to the secret of Elbe valley, I would like to take you on city tours and city tours on the subject. City Tour: Victor Klemperer in Dresden

This comprehensive tour of the city “in the footsteps of Victor Klemperer” leads through Dresden and explores the places that are told in his diaries.

Over ten years ago, the diaries of Victor Klemperer were published with the cooperation of his last wife Hadwig. If you have read the diaries of 1933-1945 “I want to testify”, or simply are curious and want to get to know Dresden from another site, you may be interested in the sites that Klemperer writes about.

This guided tour will bring you To his house and tomb in Dresden-Dölzschen, the former Jewish houses, his place of work of the TU Dresden etc.

Attention: The city tour is carried out in the own small bus/vehicle of the group. If this is not available, I would like to book a suitable vehicle.

City tour: Dresden by bicycle

Discover the Green Dresden on a two-to three-hour cycle tour through the Elbe.

We explore the former suburbs of Dresden quite comfortably by bicycle. The guided tour of the city or the bicycle tour passes the Mozart Fountain, the glass manufactory and through the large garden in the direction of the beautiful villa resort Striesen. A little further on we receive the Blasewitzer Elbwiesen and the opposite Elbhänge of Dresden Loschwitz. We enjoy the ambiance and go to the historic city centre of Dresden, where we will then walk a bit.

An individually arranged bicycle guide according to your wishes and previous knowledge about Dresden is also possible at any time.

If you do not have your own bicycles, I would like to book the desired number for your group. With approx. 10 EUR/Bike to be counted (daily rent).

Bike Tour to Pillnitz

We explore the eastern Elbe Valley of Dresden on this bike tour to Dresden-Pillnitz.
During the guided tour of the city by bike we pass through mighty bridges, can admire the romantic Elbe valley with its vineyards and Elbschlössern. In Blasewitz we ride the bike over the blue wonder to the other Elbe. Passing by contemplative villas and former winegrower’s houses, we pass Loschwitz and Hosterwitz. The castle and park Pillnitz await us soon afterwards.
Get to know the Pillnitz Castle Park in a small guided tour before you return to the city centre.

Tip: By the way, the return journey can also be made optionally with a ship of the Saxon steam Shipping company. We are happy to advise you on various options. 
Please note that for the Castle park entrance fee must be paid.
If you want to make this tour longer and more comfortable, we can also reserve seats in a restaurant/beer garden or take packed lunches for a picnic on the way.

Guided bicycle tour from Dresden to Meißen

A trip to Meißen times different.
Cycling from the historic old town of Dresden to the west of the city. A lot of industrial history characterises this region, although Schloss Übigau is also part of the crane. Former suburbs of Dresden are to pass and we reach Radebeul – the Saxon Nice in the middle of the wine route. Here a stopover in the village green Altkötzschenbroda inserted and the Elblandschaft shows itself again at its best.
A lot of nature and the first granite rocks of meißen become visible before we arrive in this idyllic city. A small stroll through the city without a bicycle is planned here. The guided bicycle tour can be extended with a visit to the porcelain manufactory.
For the way back we use the cycle path on the other Elbe and also pass by the Gohliser Windmill and can take a look at the former Dresden airport. The Canalettoblick – seen by the city of Elbe – will be the tour conclusion.

Tip: Since the ships of the Saxon steam cruise depart from/to Meißen, a (part) route can also be completed by ship.
For this longer tour (6-8 hours) You can also organize a packed lunch for your group or reserve seats in a suitable restaurant/Biergarten/ostrich business.
