Standard Business Conditions
- All tours according to individual arrangements.
- Guide fees start at 30 € per hour (depending on language, duration and number of participants).
- Guide fees for half or full day excursions start at 25 € per hours (depending on language, duration and number of participants).
- The recommended maximal number of participants for walking tours is 25. For larger groups I will book an additional guide. If your group is just slightly larger (max 30 pax) you may choose the additional charge of 7.50 € per hour instead.
- Payment is required before the tour starts either in cash or per bank transfer.
- Entrance fees are not included in guide fees and are to be paid in cash on the spot by the client.
- Cancellation fees:
- Between 10 and 4 days before appointment a compensation of 50 % of the fee,
- between 3 days and 24 hours before appointment a compensation of 80 % of the fee,
- less than 24 hours before appointment a compensation of 100 % of the fee is charged.
Cancellation is valid the day/time it arrives. A written confirmation is going to be send in response.
- In case of a client’s delay the tour guide will wait 30 minutes for the group to arrive. If the group does not show up the client will be charged the full fee.
- Being a member of Berufsverband der Dresdner Gästeführer e.V. therefore also a member of Bundesverband der Gästeführer in Deutschland e.V. I have a professional liability insurance as well as an asset liability insurance. You find more information at www.bvgd.org.
